Welcome to Sadhak Journeys!

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not use our services.

1. Introduction & Scope

1.1 Parties & Agreement — These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are between the customer/traveller (“You / Traveller”) and Sadhak Journeys (the “Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”).
1.2 Contract Formation — A booking becomes valid only when we receive a completed booking form or confirmation, along with applicable deposit or payment as per invoice.

2. Services & Packages

2.1 We provide spiritual travel and pilgrimage packages, including transport, accommodation, temple access, senior-care assistance, wellness/meditation support, and related travel services.
2.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, package price covers only those services listed under “Inclusions.” Any services not listed (e.g. personal expenses, optional meals, additional transport, medical support, insurance) are “Exclusions.”
2.3 You acknowledge that for services dependent on third-party providers (hotels, transports, temples), we act only as facilitator. We will make reasonable efforts but do not guarantee outcome beyond our control.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 To confirm booking, a minimum deposit of 25% is required. Travellers are requested to make complete payment 21 days before the scheduled travel dates or as per the dates mentioned to you (as specified in invoice).
3.2 Methods of payment: bank transfer, UPI, Card, or other specified modes.
3.3 Until full payment is received, we may retain the right to cancel the booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Traveller (with written notice via email only):

Cancellation will be effective from the date we receive communication in writing, and refund amount would be as follows:

Please Note: Advance booking amount is not refundable in any case.

* Non-refundable components such as helicopter/palki charges, temple VIP tickets, non-refundable hotel bookings will be deducted or treated separately.

4.2 Cancellation or Change by Company:
Due to reasons like natural calamity, weather, regulatory closure — we may cancel or alter the itinerary. In such cases, we will offer:

  • Full refund of amount paid (excluding non-refundable third-party costs)
    OR
  • Alternative date / itinerary (if agreed)

4.3 Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 30 working days. Original payment modes will be used unless otherwise agreed.

5. Itinerary Changes & Unforeseen Events

5.1 We reserve the right to make reasonable modifications in itinerary due to weather, travel restrictions, temple timings, safety or supplier limitations. Equivalent alternatives will be provided where feasible.
5.2 We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses arising from flight/train cancellations, government restrictions, natural calamities, strikes, or events beyond our control.

6. Senior & Special-Needs Travellers

6.1 You must disclose all medical conditions, mobility limitations, dietary restrictions, and require mobility support (wheelchair, palki, etc.) at time of booking.
6.2 The Company will provide assistance, but cannot guarantee medical treatment.
6.3 In case of health emergencies or inability to continue journey, we will assist but cannot be held liable for medical costs or complications not due to our negligence.

7. Traveller Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide correct personal details and government-issued ID info
  • Follow instructions of guides/staff and respect local customs & laws
  • Maintain dignity, discipline, and cooperate with fellow travellers
  • Be physically and mentally fit for the journey, Carry necessary medicines
  • Carry valid travel documents (ID, health certificate, temple entry passes as needed)
  • Bear costs of personal expenses, optional services, extra baggage, meals not included

 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Company’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the tour package.
8.2 We are not responsible for loss, damage, theft of personal belongings, accidents due to traveller’s negligence, or consequential losses (lost flights, missed connections, personal emergency).
8.3 For third-party services (hotels, transporters, temples) — we act as intermediary; liability lies with those providers.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party is responsible for failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond control such as natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events.

In such cases, we may cancel or modify services. We will offer refund or alternate date as per clause 4.2.

10. Travel Documents & Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring valid ID/passport, visa, permits, health/medical certificates (where applicable), and compliance with local regulations. We are not liable for denial of entry or boarding if documents are incomplete or invalid.

11. Photography & Use of Content

We may take photos/videos during journey for marketing. By booking, you grant us permission to use such media. If you prefer not to be featured, inform us in writing before departure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or claims will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Kaithal, Haryana.

13. Acceptance

By making payment or travelling with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions.
